Hon'ble Mr. Justice Augustine George Masih
Born on March 12, 1963 at Ropar [Punjab]. After initial schooling in St.Mary’s Convent School, Kasauli (H.P.), completed school education from Saifuddin Tahir High School, Aligarh. Graduated in Science [Honours] and then LL.B. (Hons.) from Aligarh Muslim University at Aligarh. Enrolled as an Advocate on the rolls of Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana Bar Council on June 06, 1987. Practiced on both Original and Appellate sides in the field of Constitution Law, Service Law, Labour Law, Civil Law, etc. Also appeared in the Supreme Court, High Courts of Punjab and Haryana, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, and various other Courts and Tribunals. Held the posts of Assistant Advocate General, Deputy Advocate General, Additional Advocate General in the office of Advocate General, Punjab. Sworn in as Additional Judge of Punjab & Haryana High Court on July 10, 2008 and as a Permanent Judge on January 14, 2011.

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Amol Rattan Singh
Born on 19.08.1960 at Hoshiarpur. He did post-graduation- M.A. (English) in 1981 and L.L.B. from Panjab University, Chandigarh, in 1985. He was enrolled as an Advocate on 30.6.1985 and handled Service & Civil matters. He was appointed as Additional (Junior) Counsel for the State of Haryana at the Supreme Court of India in 1994- 1995, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana in June 1995 and Deputy Advocate General, Haryana in 2004.Thus remained Haryana State Law Officer for 10 years. In the above capacities handled all kinds of litigation for the State in Civil and Service matters, in the High Court and Central Administrative Tribunal, Accident Claims, Public Interest litigation, Land Acquisition, Service matters, Labour related matters, etc. Remained Counsel for the Koul Commission (investigating the Police firing incidents at Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar), for a short period. Thereafter, he was appointed as Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on 7.9.2005 and continued as such till 20.12.2012. In this capacity, mainly handled sales tax (VAT) matters and Public Interest Litigation, alongwith other, varied, miscellaneous matters. Sworn in as an Additional Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court on 21.12.2012.

Hon'ble Ms. Justice Jaishree Thakur Singh
Was born on the 24h of July 1961 at Chandigarh. Her father was a Professor having taught both English Literature and Persian. Did her schooling from Sacred Heart School at Chandigarh and did her graduation from Government College for Women Chandigarh with History(Hons.) in 1st Division in the year 1981. Thereafter, did her Law from Punjab University, Chandigarh, in the year 1984 and LL.M. (Specialization in Company Law) in 1986 with 1st Division. Was enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1986 with Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana and started practice in the Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh. Was appointed as Deputy Advocate General Punjab in March 1992 and remained in office till November 1992. Had taught as Part Time Lecturer in the Law Department Punjab University for six years. Also remained as Additional Senior Standing Counsel for Chandigarh Administration. In her private practice, dealt mainly with civil and corporate matters. Has been a reporter with the Indian Law Reporter for a number of years and was appointed as Editor in 2013 and remained as such till her elevation. Has been awarded college colors for sports. Apart from sports was also involved in Theater both during college and after. Was elevated as Judge of the Punjab & Haryana High Court on 25th September 2014. Was transferred to Rajasthan High Court and assumed the charge on 5th January, 2015. Now her Lordship has been transferred to this Court and assumed the charge on 5th October, 2016.

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kshetarpal
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kshetarpal was born on 19.11.1964, and hails from Kurukshetra, having a legal background as his father Sh. S.P. Kshetarpal was also a practicing Advocate at Kurukshetra. In 1987, after completing LL.B., got enrolled with Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. Started practice at Kurukshetra in 1987. Thereafter, in May, 1988, shifted his practice to Punjab and Haryana High Court and joined the office of Hon'ble Mr. Justice V.K. Bali, Chief Justice (Retd.). In 1991, started his independent practice on civil and constitutional side. In 2014, was designated as Senior Advocate by the Punjab and Haryana High Court. His Lordship was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh on 10.07.2017.

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sudhir Mittal
Born on 6.6.1961 in a family of Lawyers. His Lordship's grandfather was the first Advocate General, Haryana and father is a Senior Advocate. Being enamoured with the uniform, joined the Army (Corps of Engineers) through National Defence Academy. Served in the Army for 11 years before seeking pre-mature retirement due to domestic reasons at the threshold of joining the prestigious Defence Services Staff College, Wellington. During service in the Army, was decorated with the Chief of Army Staff Commendation and Sena Medal (Gallantry). After leaving service, studied law at the Panjab University, Chandigarh and was enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1997. Entire practice of almost 20 years was in the Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh. Represented various institutions like PUDA, Punjab Mandi Board, HSAMB, State Bank of Patiala, Army Welfare Housing Organization, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Chandigarh and Punjab and Haryana High Court. Practiced mainly on the civil side which included Constitutional Law, Service Law, Labour Law and Land Laws. His Lordship has been a keen mountaineer having participated in 5 expeditions during his tenure in the Army. During spare time, enjoys the sport of swimming. Also closely associated with charitable organizations involved with providing holistic support to cancer patients. Elevated as a Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court on July 10, 2017.
